About the Health & Fitness Law Reports
The Health & Fitness Law Reports (H&FLR) are intended to report cases which have a bearing on health, fitness, recreation, preventative medicine and lifestyle, as well as decisions in matters where the lack of health or fitness was significant.
The content of the reports is sourced from formal judgments wherever possible and the content of the judgment will be linked to if at all possible. In some cases, however, a media report may be the only or only readily available source of information: in these matters a link or reference will be supplied.
Naturally, the content of these reports is not intended to be legal advice. You should not rely upon it without first seeking advice from a legal practitioner in your jurisdiction.
The compiler of the H&FLR is Stephen Tuck.
